COST: $125
DEPOSIT: $50 | Due at Registration

Cost includes lodging, transportation, all meals, and activities at camp.

Student Registration

*Please note a $50 deposit is due at time of registration to secure a spot. After registering with the deposit you’ll be able to make multiple credit or debit card payments toward your student’s remaining balance as needed. Simply log in to User Tools on our church website, click on the My Purchase History, then click on the Invoice for Fall Retreat to make a payment. Full payment is due by the day of departure.

Please note that we will have a leader meeting on November 8 at 6:30 PM in Hudson Hall on the Brentwood Campus. All leaders are requested to attend.

Adult Registration

REQUIRED FORMS

Please complete and turn in the following forms to your campus student ministry office no later than Sunday, November 14.

REQUIRED FOR EACH STUDENT and LEADER:

OTHER FORMS:

  • Medication Form – if your student has medication. Due at check-in November 19.
  • EPIPEN Form – if your student has an EPIPEN this form is required. Due at check-in November 19.
  • Time Away Form – if your student will not be taking church provided transportation, arriving late to camp (including the late bus for students who are required to be at Friday evening school events), or leaving early from camp. Due no later than Sunday, November 14.

We will be collecting paperwork on the following dates in the Connection Center (Brentwood Campus) with a notary available:

  • Sunday, November 14 |  8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

**Paperwork can be turned in on/before November 14 to your campus Student Ministry office.**

COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS

In coordination with Ocoee Ridge Camp policies and procedures we will have the following COVID protocols in place for the safety of all students and leaders. We will continue to monitor all information as it relates to COVID as we get closer to the event and make any adjustments as needed.

  • All students and leaders will be temperature checked on the day of departure at check-in and asked to confirm that they can answer “no” to a list of Health Screening Questions.
  • While at camp we will also do our best to keep students in smaller groups or “pods” to help minimize any potential spread while together.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you find you need to cancel, please notify Karyn Caldwell in the Student Ministry Office as soon as possible at 615-324-6288 or [email protected] Before Wednesday, November 10, you will receive a full refund. After Wednesday, November 10, the deposit is non-refundable (except in circumstances such as the death of a family member, COVID related sickness/quarantine, or other physical illness). This is due to trip costs already incurred.
