What is Mission 615? It’s a local mission experience that allows our middle school students to see the needs in our own area code and respond in Christ-like love. Space is limited.


Cost: $100 | $25 Deposit due with Registration

Cost includes transportation and lunch for your student as well as our Wednesday Celebration Night at SOAR in Franklin.

Registration for our Chicago Mission Journey is done through Brentwood’s Focus Mission program.

Are you interested in leading students at Mission 615? We would love to have you join us! We need leaders willing to help lead students in serving and in a small group setting, as well as adults comfortable driving a 12-passenger van.

  • Student training will be held each morning before we depart for our ministry sites for the day.

During this meeting, we’ll share details about the journey and what your student can expect. This will also be an opportunity for you to make final payments and turn in any required documents ahead of check-in!


Please complete and turn in the following forms to your campus student ministry office no later than Tuesday, June 21.



  • 2022 Medication Form – if your student has medication that will need to be taken or carried while we are together during the day. Due at check-in each morning, or on Monday, June 27 for all three days.
  • 2022 EPIPEN Form – if your student has an EPIPEN is this form required. Due at check-in each morning, or on Monday, June 27 for all three days.
  • 2022 Time Away – if your student will not be taking church provided transportation, and/or will be arriving late or leaving early. Due no later than Tuesday, June 21.

Additional paperwork may be required for your student’s serving location. We will update this website with any additional forms as serving locations are finalized. For your convenience, we will be collecting paperwork on the following dates in the Connection Center (Brentwood Campus) with a notary available:

  • Sunday, June 5 | 8:30 – 11:45 AM
  • Wednesday, June 8 | 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM (Parent Meeting)

**Paperwork can be turned in at any time before Tuesday, June 21 to your campus Student Ministry office.**


We have intentionally made adjustments to this year’s Mission 615 experience to try to account for the need for continued caution as it relates to COVID safety. This includes shortening the experience to be one-day per grade rather than an overnight, multi-day journey.

We will continue to monitor all information concerning COVID as we get closer to the event. Should any additional safety measures be needed, we will keep all registered participants informed as we get closer to the event and are better able to determine what might be needed.

*Does not apply to extenuating circumstances, such as death of a family member, COVID required quarantine/sickness or other physical illness.
