Join us for camp in the Tennessee mountains! This year we’re headed to Ocoee Ridge Camp in Old Fort, TN for 4 days and 3 nights of fun, worship, studying God’s Word, & more! Trip dates are June 4-7 & space is limited so reserve your spot today!

DEPOSIT: $100 | Due at Registration

Cost includes lodging, transportation, all meals, and activities at camp.

STUDENT REGISTRATION

*Please note a $100 deposit is due at time of registration to secure a spot. After registering with the deposit you’ll be able to make multiple credit or debit card payments toward your student’s remaining balance as needed. Simply log in to User Tools on our church website, click on the My Purchase History, then click on the Invoice for Summer Camp to make a payment. Full payment is due on the day of departure.

ADULT REGISTRATION

PARENT MEETING

Tuesday, June 1 | 5:30-6:30 PM | Hudson Hall | Brentwood Campus

We’ll walk through the camp schedule, activities, Bible Study, and collect all final payment and required documents at this meeting. We hope you’ll join us!

REQUIRED FORMS

Please complete and turn in the following forms to your campus student ministry office no later than the parent meeting on Tuesday, June 1.

REQUIRED FOR EACH STUDENT and LEADER:

OTHER FORMS:

  • Medication Form – if your student has medication. Due at check-in June 4.
  • EPIPEN Form – if your student has an EPIPEN this form is required. Due at check-in June 4.
  • Time Away Form – if your student will not be taking church provided transportation, arriving late to camp, or leaving early from camp. Due no later than Tuesday, June 1.

We will be collecting paperwork on the following dates in the Connection Center (Brentwood Campus) with a notary available:

  • Sunday, May 30 |  8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Tuesday, June 1 | 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM (Parent Meeting)

**Paperwork can be turned in before June 1 to your campus Student Ministry office.**

COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS

In coordination with Ocoee Ridge Camp policies and procedures we will have the following COVID protocols in place for the safety of all students and leaders. We will continue to monitor all information as it relates to COVID as we get closer to the event and make any adjustments as needed.

  • All students and leaders will be temperature checked on the day of departure at check-in and asked to confirm that they can answer “no” to a list of Health Screening Questions.
  • While at camp we will also do our best to keep students in smaller groups or “pods” to help minimize any potential spread while together.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you find you need to cancel, please notify Sarah Fehl in the Student Ministry Office as soon as possible at 615-324-6126 or [email protected] Before Sunday, May 30th, you will receive a full refund. After May 30th, the deposit is non-refundable (except in circumstances such as the death of a family member, COVID related sickness/quarantine, or other physical illness). This is due to trip costs already incurred.
