West Franklin Students | Wednesday Nights

Each Wednesday. 6:15pm to 7:30pm. In the parking lot near Entrance A.
(weather pending). 

We will be live in the parking lot play games and having a devotional time. This is a place to connect with friends (new and old), enjoy being outside together, worship our living God together, and learn more about how this is a place of belonging for you!

Bring your own supper and join us before 6:15pm and hang out.

OUTSIDE MEETING UPDATES

We will update the status of our outside meeting every Wednesday no later than 4:00pm. We will use this event page, student social media accounts (FB and IG), and are working on a text code to allow you quick updates.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Wear clothing you can play games in and easily move around. As it gets colder outside please dress accordingly.

Students will be encouraged to keep physical distance throughout the evening. You can see more safety protocols below.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

In this COVID-19 season, please be aware of the following:

We WILL have:

• an encouragement for physical distancing of at least 6 feet
• a great time meeting in person

We will NOT provide:

• food, so eat before you come or bring your own
• masks or face coverings, so bring / wear them if you want them (which we encourage)

By attending, you realize and accept the risks associated with an outdoor activity during a pandemic.

Each person should self-screen before attending any activity, meeting, or event. If you can answer “yes” to any of the following, please stay home. This is a simple way to love your neighbor and show compassion.

• Have you been in close contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
• Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?
• Are you experiencing sore throat, cough, or shortness of breath?
• Have you experienced a new loss of taste or smell?
• Have you had vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours?

We will be outside and encouraging social distancing the entire evening, so please plan accordingly. A few things you may want to consider are (but not limited to):

• bug repellent
• sunscreen
• water
• face covering
• camping chair
