A Mentor establishes a relationship with another person that makes available and holds accountable for certain specific information, skills, networks and their application throughout his or her spiritual journey. The end result of this relationship is an apprenticeship that points the Mentee to Christ and spiritual practices that promote Christ-likeness. Training required. Potential Demonstrated Passions: Repairing, Serving, Defending.
Potential Felt Passions: Mentoring, Adults of various life stages, Lonely Individuals, New Christians.
This is an On Campus Service Opportunity.
Time Commitment
Six hours of initial training, broken into four weekly, 1.5 hour sessions. Once trained, the Mentor determines time needed with their Mentee.
