Preschool LIFE Group Leaders provide spiritual leadership and form a mentoring relationship with the children in their group. They also partner with parents to disciple their children through regular communication and by maintaining a supportive relationship. All LIFE Group leaders serve under the direction of the Children’s Minister. An application, interview and background check are required. Potential Spiritual Gifts: Teaching, Pastor/Shepherd.
