In 2003 a group of people had a vision of a church on the west side of Franklin, TN. With God's providence, and with the help of several congregations, West Franklin Baptist Church was born. For ten years WFBC served the surrounding community. After a series of transitions it became apparent that West Franklin could be more effective for the gospel ministry under the leadership of Brentwood Baptist.
In June of 2014 West Franklin Baptist's members voted overwhelmingly to become "The Church at West Franklin: A Regional Campus of Brentwood Baptist." With our new vision, direction, and name we are poised to make Jesus greatly known in the West Franklin community.
Our congregation is made up of people from all over Williamson County of all ages and different stages of life. God has strategically placed The Church at West Franklin in a prime location so we can continue to connect more people to Jesus Christ through worship, discipleship, and service where we live, work, and play.
What We Believe
Jesus is the way, truth, and life. Everything we are and everything we have comes from Him and works together for His purposes. So we worship Him.
The Bible is God’s true and perfect Word—without error or blemish. It’s our roadmap for navigating this journey through life. For that reason, we actively strive to become more like Christ through the study of His Word.
Jesus came into the world—not to condemn or judge people—but to save them. Because of that, our belief is that we’re most like Him when we love and serve others then point them back to Him.
Our Multi-Campus Model
A few years ago, Brentwood Baptist Church leadership recognized the value of regional campuses in multiple communities throughout the greater Nashville area. In 2010, the church established its first regional campus—The Church at Station Hill. In 2014, three additional campuses—The Church at Avenue South, The Church at West Franklin, and The Church at Woodbine—joined the Brentwood Baptist family.
The mission of the church is the same at every campus location—to connect people to Jesus Christ through worship discipleship and service. Every campus shares this same DNA through a common mission, vision, and message. However, each campus has the flexibility to contextualize ministry to its unique community under the leadership of its own campus pastor.
The Church at West Franklin's governance structure falls under that of Brentwood Baptist Church. It is based on the biblical principle that the local church is an autonomous, self-governing body of baptized believers and is accountable to God for its decisions and actions.

What to Expect
Our atmosphere is a safe, welcoming place for all people. The minute you walk through our doors you'll be greeted with a smile and experience a warm, family-friendly environment that is pointed directly to Jesus.
Our pastor's straightforward approach is this: to teach the truth of the Bible for the purpose of transforming lives. By digging into Scripture and providing application, we encourage our people to be hearers and doers of the Word.
We sing corporate praise to God using theologically rich music, including hymns and praise songs from our past and present. We have a choir or praise team led by our band each week and we love adding members to our choir.
